Order Processing & Delivery
Thank you for shopping at Koochi Koochi. Your order is shipped from Marikina, Metro Manila, Philippines. All orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped within 24 - 48 hours after processing. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility Guidelines
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small business specializing in curated pieces and limited quantities in most of our products if for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy:
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
Proof of purchase required
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of damaged or incorrect items)
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact shop@koochikoochi.com with subject as “Return / Exchange” and include your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items: Sale merchandise is FINAL SALE with no returns or exchanges accepted except for damaged or defective products. For issues with sale items, please email our customer service team directly.
Exchanges
We process exchanges as automatic refunds once we receive your returned items. To receive replacement products, please place a new order on our website. We'll cover the shipping cost for your replacement order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us with subject as “Damanged / Incorrect Item” and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shoes Return & Exchange Policy
We accommodate size exchanges for all orders. If your shoes are not the right fit, we will produce a new pair in the correct size.
You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and returned with its packaging.
We strive to provide exceptional service and will respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
